Myriam Benarouche the owner and chef of « 26 hamburger gourmet » the love for french gastronomy and quality meats and cheese came from her home - south of France. She wanted to bring quality to the known classic street food in a new concept - a gourmet hamburger. This concept includes a burger made from a combo of 3 selected parts of beef, imported cheese from France and Italy, fries that are being cut each morning, home made sauces and of course - the brioche bun, which is made according to a secret family recipe! - The food goes hand in hand with the atmosphere in the restaurant where the kitchen is open and you can listen to jazz at noon just like in France. Myriam is mostly up and about in the restaurant keeping the quality of the food and service in check.
